It is usually a situation of someone having already "tried everything else" to lose weight so they then attempt weight loss using hypnosis. It's too bad people have yet to realize that hypnosis is what has been missing in all their previous diets or weight loss programs and that is why they have yet to succeed at losing weight and reaching their goal. I had a client a few years ago and she was at her wits end. Frantically she started telling me, "If I don't have weight loss using hypnosis I don't know what I'm going to do. I can't stand myself, my husband thinks every time I try to lose weight it's now all a game and I can't stand it. I really want to lose weight but I can't."
