Weight Loss Thru Hypnosis
I guess that's one way to put it, weight loss thru hypnosis though it's really weight loss using hypnosis. And even that isn't accurate for it's being able to achieve the behaviors needed to lose weight using hypnosis. Hypnosis helps with the thoughts and feelings we have about food thus changing our unhealthy behaviors so some people think of it as weight loss thru hypnosis.
When we add hypnosis to the weight loss recipe there is a much greater chance of success. I had a client who said she was going to stop going to Weight Watchers but with the combination of hypnosis and what she learned there helped her. That's fine, there's nothing wrong with using more than one approach in concert to achieve your goals. If weight loss thru hypnosis alone is what helps you great, but if weight loss thru hypnosis isn't enough and you still need to learn healthier ways to live that's good too. Whatever it takes within reason is my feeling. Going to extreme measures is not good and doing nothing is just as bad. But when you find the way that works for you, stick with it. And if that means weight loss thru hypnosis then let that be what you stick with even though I know it is a very necessary component to any behavior change… hypnosis.
I know there can be discussions and debates about the best way to lose weight, what works fastest, best, safest or cheapest. What matters is what works for you because if something isn't comfortable then it won't be something you'll stick with. Consistency in anything we do is important even with weight loss thru hypnosis. It's repetition that creates habits and what we want to do is have healthy habits and not have to struggle and rollercoaster in our behaviors. Creating healthy habits and a healthier lifestyle is the way to maintain a healthy weight to look good, feel good and maybe even live longer. Odds are it isn't going to hurt and weight loss thru hypnosis can be a wonderful part of that approach. I have had many clients make the mistake of thinking they'll get hypnotized, change and never have to worry again. The truth is what we use that works needs to be applied, exercise, eating right or hypnosis, This is why I teach my clients self hypnosis and tell them to use it daily to reinforce the weight loss thru hypnosis base that has been set in the office. But still people have become so conditioned to instant gratification they in general don't want to do what it takes to receive the benefits they could experience. It's sad because by taking simple actions daily we can improve life so much, but as the saying goes, you can only lead a horse to water. So whether it for weight loss or hypnosis smoking cessation programs, find what you need to be your best.
