Weight Loss Methods
Can you imagine how many weight loss methods there are? There are pills, injections, surgeries, programs, books, podcasts, DVDs, trainers and spas and more. The list goes on and on. The most surprising thing is that people who have done a variety of things for weight loss seem to learn the same thing, they can't or it doesn't last. The problem is weight loss is a behavior and mind based problem. So one of the best weight loss methods would be one that works with the way you think and feel… hypnosis.
Has anyone found one of these weight loss methods that is the sure fire way to lose weight? I don't think so or everyone would be doing it… or would they? Regardless of which of the weight loss methods you are thinking about, including hypnosis is the catalyst that allows those behaviors and thoughts that need to be more positive and healthier to happen. Once you remove that internal struggle and mind battle over doing what's right the rest is easy. And you may find those weight loss methods aren't necessary because all you needed to do all along was to remove those internal blocks to your goal of feeling and looking better. Weight loss methods have come and gone, will continue to be around and not deliver the promises they offer. It may be my own cynicism popping up here but I find it difficult to believe a $40 Billion industry wants everyone thin and healthy. What would they do then? The best way to avoid being more of a contributor to that cash cow is to end the cycle and rollercoaster of dieting with all these weight loss methods and to get inside yourself in a very comfortable way with hypnosis and self hypnosis, changing those thoughts and feelings about food that are causing the emotional pain and physical issues. And that's another thing… many weight loss methods cause more problems, some serious. I recall a time during the 80's when a certain prescription, another weight loss method, was stopped being prescribed because of related deaths. Now there's a way to lose some weight. It's amazing when you think about what lengths people go to in order to lose weight. Even people who have had gastric bypass surgery where most of your stomach is surgically removed, increase their food intake and get fat again because the thoughts and emotions about food didn't change. The body did but the mind didn't. It's still the same. And hypnosis would be the process to use in such a situation. I know this as I have worked with gastric bypass clients who gained considerable weight after surgery, up to 100 pounds. Stop the insanity of searching for new weight loss methods and get some weight loss therapy with hypnosis. You'll feel so good you'll be telling everyone.
