Weight Loss Hypnosis Tape
I received an email from a person who bought a weight loss hypnosis tape from me years ago. The interesting thing is that she used it more often than not and her request was different than most. She still played tapes and had yet to get into CDs and because it had become old and wasn't functioning after so many uses, she asked me if I had a replacement weight loss hypnosis tape she could get.
Imagine how I felt. At this time I don't have a weight loss hypnosis tape as everything is not only but that will soon change too to mini discs and whatever else is already in the works that we don't know about. I wish I had one tucked away somewhere so she could continue with her listening and enjoyment but I don't. I remember when I was looking through the hypnosis tapes I had as masters the weight loss hypnosis tape and a few others had looked like they dried out or something. And the glue that holds that felt piece in place that the tape runs across had dried up and the felt piece just fell off. I wonder if when these products are created the next one is already being thought of and they are supposed to decay and be replaced. Not only a weight loss hypnosis tape but all the songs I liked that I had and have on albums I had to then get on tape and then on CD or digital download. You can pay for and own the same audio 5 times. What's up with that? At least for the vast majority of people a weight loss hypnosis tape was used when it was the modern form of audio, the behaviors changed and the results were achieved. The woman who requested a weight loss hypnosis tape replacement is not the typical listener for she was using it for at least three or four years. That's a lot of hypnosis sessions with the same weight loss hypnosis tape. Maybe she was using it to get her daily relaxation and energy boost for the day because I'm sure her mind had absorbed the suggestions by now. And even at a conscious level she could probably recite the tape word for word. Whatever the case, sorry, no replacement weight loss hypnosis tape for her.
I wonder what she will do now. Will she finally be motivated to get into the digital age and get a CD player and use CDs or will she hold off and stick to what she knows for as long as she can? There can't be too much more time left but then again I can picture some older person right now sitting next to a Victrola, what was used before a record player, and listening to an old scratchy piece of vinyl. Not an album from the 60's or 70's but one of those old, thick pieces spun on an old Victrola. Whether she ever uses another weight loss hypnosis tape or hypnosis tape for any topic I do hope she finds what she needs.
