I'm often asked if I provide weight loss hypnosis for children. Being certified in Pediatric Hypnosis, the answer is yes. It's unfortunate that this has to be something that is becoming common for when I was growing up it was very uncommon you saw overweight children. The issue with food and over eating coupled with lack of activity, mostly due to electronics as entertainment, weight loss hypnosis for children is real but all they'd have to do is be told to go out and play and for adults to stop over feeding the kids and when they do, feed them healthier food. Weight loss hypnosis for children is yet another sign of a declining society sinking deeper into the hole of bad health.

It is obvious this problem, now termed an epidemic, has taken root and the need to weight loss hypnosis for improved health is becoming more of a must than a need. Before we had all these "conveniences" we were more active by need and not as overwhelmed with our schedules. Do you remember when there was 1 television in your house, no cable expense, no DVD players, mp3 players, renting or buying DVDs, computers and all that goes with them, etc? And if this were to be the case back when, every person in the house wouldn't have had their own. It really is out of control, which has led to people being lazier and sedentary while becoming fatter and unhealthy thus the need weight loss hypnosis for improved health. When will this end… or will it?
Don't get me wrong, I have modern luxuries in the way of computers, iPod, cell phone, DVD players, etc. but notice I wrote luxuries. I realize they are all not an absolute must but one must is for me and my family to eat healthy and exercise, play. This creates a lack of need for weight loss hypnosis for becoming overweight and out of control with eating. I love it when I see my wife and son playing basketball in the driveway or the 3 of us are having fun in the pool or the morning walk I take to start the day. It might not be set in stone and fanatically routine but often enough to maintain a balance to not have to be my own client and use weight loss hypnosis for removing rolls of fat and eat healthier. I remember the days of eating fast food more often than I should have but being aware of the dangers, just like with smoking, I avoid it. It's all a choice we have but for some reason people have become locked into the mindset of ignoring the truth and facts, creating more and more personal physical and emotional problems and then when it's almost too late they might think about weight loss hypnosis for behavior change. And this way I don't have to see a weight loss hypnotherapist to get back on track.
