Weight Loss Hypnosis
There are a lot of misconceptions about a very helpful way to release fat and that is weight loss hypnosis. The simple and most important thing to know and keep in mind is that hypnosis does not lose weight. People think if they get hypnotized somehow fat falls off your body and you lose weight but this is far from the truth of what happens when using hypnosis for weight loss.
When including hypnosis when wanting to lose weight, release fat, the process still remains the same. We need to eat smaller portions /intake less calories, choose healthier food /eat less harmful fat, and be more active / exercise, in order to burn more calories. So then how does hypnosis come into play when using a weight loss hypnosis program? What hypnosis does is work with thoughts, emotions and behaviors. Hypnosis assists in having those behaviors we need to help the body lose weight to be more comfortable, motivated and longer lasting. The reason why most people don't lose the weight they desire is because they don't do what it takes long enough to see the results. And if they do they usually only engage in healthy behaviors long enough to lose the weight and then go back to the old way and put the fat back on. Hypnosis helps in making it easier wile removing that conscious struggle to stay on track with healthy behaviors. So there is no direct relation to hypnosis and weight loss. The process is like this; hypnosis is what helps us with the behaviors we need which then lead to the physical process of weight loss. H - B - WL (Hypnosis then Behaviors then the Weight Loss). The key is without working with the subconscious using hypnosis it's a losing conscious struggle to get to the end result of the weight loss, and that is why weight loss hypnosis is what's missing in all weight loss programs. It's what changes everything and helps people succeed with their weight loss goal.
There is another part of this process when we use weight loss hypnosis and that is feelings. With hypnosis we are able to guide a person into those deep feelings that are usually avoided in order to finally break through the subconscious need or reason for using food in an unhealthy way. It's not so much what we do but why we do it and the why is almost always emotionally driven. Once we deal with the feelings we have clarity and truth and see things differently and change the attraction to unhealthy food and see it for what it is, future fat all over your body, and there is nothing appealing about that. This is just the basics of how hypnosis works in a weight loss hypnosis program but it's key to know and understand. Once this is understood there can be reasonable expectations. As I tell clients, "If your behaviors changed then hypnosis worked. The body will then do what it can do." Hypnosis just may be the key to what's been missing all along if you have struggled to lose weight. And you just may find free weight loss hypnosis sessions with someone as part of their program to demonstrate how this works before signing up for their program.
