A daily practice of self hypnosis is better than an apple a day. Remember the saying "an apple a day keeps the doctor away"? Well we know that was a bit farfetched but made the point to eat your daily fruit. The true fruits to be had for mental, emotional and physical health and well being all stem from our inner self, the mind. The way we think and feel is what it's all about and self hypnosis is the way to maintaining that inner balance and positive self.

There is an acronym TFAR. Thoughts lead to Feelings which lead to Actions and those actions lead to Results. Therefore every result you have in life, physically, mentally and emotionally, stem from our thoughts and by using meditation techniques or self hypnosis those thoughts can become more positive automatically. Think about it for a moment. The only difference between a pessimist and an optimist is the way they think. But they have different results in their mental attitude, physical health and emotions. When we use self hypnosis daily we create a positive mindset and good feelings which then lead to the more positive results in our physical health, emotions and daily living. Using self hypnosis can create changes that seem remarkable because the process is rather simple though it brings profound results. "Ask and you shall receive… the answers are within." People keep looking outside themselves for the answers when they were there all along… inside our own minds if we just sit quietly and use it.

People get confused by the term self hypnosis. It is the same process athletes and many other people use when they describe it as visualization or guided imagery. When you begin to create a reality in your imagination - the creative mind - the subconscious and live that created image as if it's real and exists now, you are directing your subconscious mind in order to begin matching what you create in your physical reality. What the mind believes the body achieves. See, yet another saying centuries old that has been telling people this all along. If we don't create what we want in our deeper, inner self where our beliefs live then how can we expect to have different / better outcomes in our daily life? It's just not going to happen. And by using this simple process daily, practicing at getting so good at it that it becomes such an automatic way you begin to think you will naturally see a change in your life… TFAR. The way everyone should look at it when they're not sure is to look at your life right now. Is it what you want or expected? Can it be better? Self hypnosis can be the natural process to help create the changes you desire and lastly, what do you have to lose? Using hypnosis self improvement techniques of any kind can only help make improvements where we desire for ourselves and live happier and healthier.
