There are many uses for hypnosis and one is relaxation self hypnosis. Self hypnosis can be used for specific areas for personal change or just to get the benefits of improved emotional and physical health by relaxing. As it was once written, "the most important thing man has forgotten to do is to sit quietly alone. Using relaxation self hypnosis is one such way to not only sit quietly alone but to enhance the time you do.

When you think about it for a moment, most adults get to a point in their busy lives where all they wish for is some private time, time alone. Unfortunately too many people strategize a way to get time alone by engaging in some negative habit and the habit is their excuse for the time for themselves. Why not just demand the time and use it in a healthier manner? The main reason is people think they need a reason for some personal time but that's just not true. You might even do this with your children, so then where is your free time? It's whenever you fit it into your schedule and there is always a place for it. The busiest people on the planet know how important this is, why not you? We give ourselves permission to do what we need, want or desire, no one else. You will become more positive, have a better attitude, be more refreshed and energized and provide a more quality you as opposed to a stressed out you. Wouldn't that be wonderful? As I type this article I am sitting by my pool in a pair of shorts in the New Hampshire warm October sun but first I sat for about 15 minutes practicing relaxation self hypnosis.
