There are easier ways to get healthy by losing weight and one is to program weight loss hypnosis into your subconscious. But what does this exactly mean. First understand the word program is the same as conditioning, which actually is what has created habits. Problem is we have too many negative habits but we can intentionally create healthy habits. This is what is really meant by program weight loss hypnosis.

We need to be able to have healthy behaviors / habits if we are to lose weight. We can intentionally create these healthy habits with hypnosis, which is nothing more than the state of mind we know as daydreaming or deeper states like dreaming. So the phrase program weight loss hypnosis is simply to create new and healthy habits through conditioning, using repetition of suggestions and images as we daydream. That even sounds fun and a better way to go about change, doesn't it. You can sit comfortably and daily go into your imaginative mind and daydream intentionally of being the way you want to be. There's a bit more to it but that's the basics of program weight loss hypnosis as a way to actually reach a weight loss goal while increasing the confidence and motivation to do so. The subconscious mind, where our habits and behaviors are stored, doesn't know the difference e between vivid imagination and reality. To prove this, sit and imagine something or someone you do not like at all, maybe even get upset over it. Your emotions change and your physiology changes yet there is no real situation, it's all imagined. We react and respond to situations based on what was and not what is. We relate to something that's associated to some past experience and then react illogically. However, this is because the natural process that takes place all happened without intent. We can use our intentions and create the habits we want to have and do it by sitting comfortably and using our vivid imagination.

We did it naturally as children when we played, pretended, fantasized, etc. So it's not something new, just using something old in a new way. This is how to remove the struggle and program weight loss hypnosis behaviors as new healthy habits. Sit and use all your senses and vividly imagine doing exactly what you need to do to lose weight. How will you shop for food, prepare the meals, eat and when to stop? What activities will you engage in and how do they fit into your schedule. All of this needs to be planned and created in your program weight loss hypnosis time you use. Be as clear, concise and specific as possible. Leave nothing to assumption and avoid being general. I feel good is general while I feel very enthusiastic and excited and can feel my increased energy is more specific and detailed. Write it out if you have to and then use this process of weight loss using hypnosis. You'll find it easier each time you do it.
