After a while you think you're fine. The truth is if you were to remove the pebble, you would realize it wasn't as comfortable as you thought it was because now it's so much better. Think of any feeling you have as that pebble in your mind, not your shoe. Remove it using hypnotherapy self esteem or confidence building and you will walk through life with a smile… not a frown.
