Hypnosis Audio Tapes
When I think back it's amazing how far we've come since I started recording hypnosis audio tapes. I remember the days of 8 track tapes but my first hypnosis recordings were on cassette tape. And this was fantastic as I had a 4 track recorder and multiple tape decks to create my recordings. Here we are just five years later and the hypnosis audio tapes have been replaced with nothing - the recordings are digital and downloadable.
Imagine that for a moment. Vinyl records to audio tape to audio CDs and now no actual product to hold. The audio is downloaded and listened to with a computer or mp3 player… amazing. It sure saves on storing all those hypnosis audio tapes and CDs. But then again, I'm from a time when we held the album cover and listened to the album looking at the art work and text on the album cover or the insert. And with CDs there is still that option but smaller versions. Anyway, hypnosis audio tapes were great but it is even better to now have the tape hiss that was unavoidable removed with new technology and digital recording. Believe it or not, I have had people contact me after five years and tell me that they love their hypnosis audio tapes but they finally gave in. Now what? It eases their mind when they realize we have the same content on CDs now. And soon there will be digital audio downloads to finally replace any hypnosis audio tapes. The thing I disliked the most about hypnosis audio tapes is how they would dry out and break or the little piece of felt the tape ran across would come unglued… ahhhggg. I remember having to rewind hypnosis audio tapes with a pencil when they unraveled in the tape deck. And what about finding specific areas on the tape? Now we go right to any track with the press of a button. No more fast forwarding and stopping over and over to cue up another track. But whether you still have hypnosis audio tapes or hypnosis recordings any other way use them. Use what will work to make life better in many areas and to have a healthier mind and body for longevity. I'm still holding on to all my cassette decks, 4 track recorders and hypnosis audio tapes. One day my son will show his kids or grandchildren and they won't believe it. I wonder what we'll be doing for audio then. Where will audio hypnosis tapes become in another five years?
