Free Hypnosis Smoking

I get requests from time to time from people telling me they want to make a change, really want my CDs or come do office sessions and want to know if I have free hypnosis smoking programs I can give them. I'm a kind and giving person but no, there are no free programs. I do help people when I feel it's needed and offer my services for free or in a barter situation but nothing is a total giveaway. When I was going through my certification training to be a hypnotherapist my instructor said, "There must be some type of investment by the client or they will not perceive the service as having any value." I thought, hey, that's good. That makes a lot of sense. So no, there are no free hypnosis smoking programs available just by asking though I always say it doesn't hurt to ask.

Al, my instructor was a unique type of individual. Like in many things in life, when you look back you realize how much more there was than what you realized at the time, kind of like kids and parents. The kids have no clue how much value there is in what the parent says and offers until they get old enough, better yet, have enough experiences, and then they finally "get it." We all went through it as the kid and the parent. I think sometimes, damn, were my parents as frustrated as I get sometimes because I know my son just can't see the value in what I have to offer. Yup, they sure did. Well, it was probably the same with Al. He knew I would maybe someday have an experience and then look back and think, ah yes, that was what Al was telling me. Now I see… one of those "a-ha" moments. So much of his advanced parts of the training went over my head but I was able to keep it locked inside somewhere because I frequently think, that's what was Al was talking about when we did this part or that part of the training. And like I said, one of the things he stressed was no matter who it is, he would say even if it's your mom, there must be some type of investment in the service provided from the client. Free hypnosis smoking programs would be like a free drink at a wedding. Have you ever been at a function with an open bar. Typically, the people who always drinks the cheapest liquor now drinks the best, top shelf, and they drink more than usual. And the worst part is the poor guy who paid for the open bar sees drinks all over the place that aren't finished. But when people pay for it they suck the glass dry. That's because they had a personal investment in the drink. If they didn't pay for it, there is no loss. It's all about perception… perceived value. So no, there will be no free hypnosis smoking cessation programs today.
