Best Hypnosis CD

As the creator of many hypnosis audio programs, people ask me if there is one that is the best hypnosis CD or are they all the same. The quality of the recording and the content varies so much that there isn't one single CD that is the best hypnosis CD but some are surely better than others. Here are a few reasons why they can differ.

Content - what most people do not realize, even those who create hypnosis audio programs, is that the way the words are put together can have impact on the listener in a positive way and even in a negative way. The intention of the person recording the CD I'm sure is for the best but not all people who record hypnosis CDs are trained as well as others and some never had good training. There are some suggestions on hypnosis CDs that are weak in the way of directing change, some very powerful and some miss completely and cause adverse reactions.

The simple approach is to speak calmly in your own voice. Whether you are a woman or man, have a higher voice or deeper, the best possible approach is to speak as you in a calm manner on the CD. It's sounds like a simple thing but you'd be surprised what you can hear if you listen to enough hypnosis CDs.
