And they’re off!! The barrage of TV and radio commercials, the billboards and newspaper and magazine ads all promising the solution to finally lose weight. Ahhggg… what’s so different about the same ads last year and the year before that made such promises than this year? Simple answer… Nothing! It’s all the same hype and empty promises.
Now don’t get me wrong. A “healthy eating program” (notice I don’t use the word diet) is a great thing. Actually, it’s something we should all be following. But everyone knows what’s healthy to eat and what it is that causes fat, illness and a variety of problems, physically and emotionally. The bottom line is this… hear me now… None of the healthy approaches to losing weight will work using the force and struggle of will power. And if it does work, most people eventually go back to their old unhealthy habits.
That’s what the problem has been all along and no one ever stopped to let you know. It’s not that people don’t truly give it their best or want to be fat and unhealthy. The problem is you have gone about it the wrong way. Change the internal drive that is the issue and you will be amazed… yes, you will be amazed at just how much more easily and effectively you will create the healthy habits, make the right choices and finally lose weight and look and feel better.
