Hypnosis helps a person change the way they think, feel and act / behave. Hypnosis changes perceptions we have in order for us to change the way we think, believe, feel and behave. That’s really it in a nutshell. There is a big problem when someone thinks if they get hypnotized they will miraculously lose weight. Hypnosis works with the mind and releasing fat, losing weight is a physiological process. BUT… that process of releasing fat that goes on in your body starts with how you think, feel and behave with food and exercise. So the next time you want to lose weight and use hypnosis, just be clear on how it really works.
