One single word works very well when it comes to subliminal suggestions. Example: on the wall in my study over the bookcases I have the word THINK in red wooden letters.
Put a single word somewhere everyone will notice it… maybe Love or Confidence or Happy on the refrigerator door. No need to make it big, just let it be there. You will be amazed how effective it is.
BTW – this is a form of hypnosis… bypassing the conscious analytical thinking mind and making suggestions to the subconscious. Hypnosis isn’t always about depth levels and relaxation.
