There has been recent news in studies about the necessity of not longer sleep but deep sleep. It's not the quantity it's the quality of your sleep that will assist in your health. When we are not able to do something as simple and natural as sleep, a term has been placed upon it - insomnia. I wonder how many people sit around coming up with terms for all the "disorders" they make us believe we need to be medicated for or buy into expensive programs.

Have you ever watched your child or some other child hanging in the arms of an adult while they were walking through a busy store? The child has no problem sleeping, anywhere, at any time and in any physical position. Sleep is natural and when we are unable to do it, we have something blocking the process… thought.

The thoughts that prevent our natural abilities, like deep sleep, can be realized consciously as we remember a "suggestion" that we accepted or it can be at a subconscious level and not realized consiously. Hypnosis is the process to clear the path to not do something new, but simply go back to the way we began. We didn't learn how to sleep deeply, it was part of us since the start of life. Actually the same goes with the smoker, overeater and stressed individual. We didn't start out as such, we cluttered the natural way with thoughts and beliefs that serve us no good purpose.

Hypnosis can assist in removing the internal blocks that prevent the natural ability to deep sleep… a necessity for overall health and healing.
