What’s news to most people when it comes to how hypnosis can be a benefit is nothing new. The natural process of self improvement that is termed hypnosis (by Dr. Braid in 1843 in his book Neurypnology; The Rationale of Nervous Sleep) has and still goes by many other names and has been used throughout the history of time. It is safe, natural and highly effective yet ignorance ( defined – a lack of knowledge) prevents people from benefitting from its application.
The most common use of hypnosis is when people want to end their smoking habit, lose weight or reduce stress. But there are many other reasons to use hypnosis and benefit from it. Each day I will share yet another way hypnosis can help in some way. For now, let’s look at the Big 3 previously mentioned.
The truth is hypnosis is the first step to the process to lose weight, stop smoking or reduce stress. What hypnosis does is assist in changing internal feelings, thoughts and misled beliefs to be more positive in order to engage in the thought process and behaviors to be healthier and end bad habits. So hypnosis does not “lose weight”, it assist in getting you to think and behave in ways the lead to physical weight loss.
