So, what is a person to do? Simple… do your research.
When seeking hypnosis services do what you would do when seekng any other services. Get referrals, check background, experience, real testimonials, third party validation and even their training. Did the person take a mail order course or do a live certification training through a reputable organization? Don’t laugh… there are PhD’s you can get in the mail.
You can benefit tremendously using the services of a reputable, experienced, qualified hypnotist, hypnotherapist or whatever your US state or country demands as the proper term. Just be sure you’re in the right place.
