Calm Mind = Improved Health

Calming SceneIn my work as a Board Certified Hypnotist, I work with health care professionals and present seminars on the mind-body connection. And I want to share a very simple, proven way to improve your health.

It is commonly known that Stress is a killer. It reduces our immune system capabilities, causes physical and emotional disorders and can lead to serious illness. One simple way to combat your stress is to use calming visuals. Any one of our senses has an immediate response. Therefore, we can promote calmer feelings by simply placing pictures, posters, paintings, etc. in our environment. Whether it’s work, home or what you look at when you drive, you can affect your health by what you see. If you’re not sure what I say is true, how do you feel when you look at this beautiful sunset?

Do the little things that are very effective for you to begin reducing stress and improving your health.
