Stress Hypnosis!
You may know hypnosis is used for many things like smoking cessation, weight loss and stress relief... stress hypnosis. There is no secret, magic or danger with this process. I stress hypnosis to be used by everyone for it is the safe, natural and expedient way to behavior change. Forcing with will power doesn't work. If it did, we'd all be what we want to be but we're not. Stress hypnosis is a term that some people have used but they really mean they want to reduce their stress using hypnosis.
It actually sounds like a hypnotic session gone awry, stress hypnosis. Would the opposite be calm hypnosis? I wonder. The simple way to look at what hypnosis can be used for is this; any behavioral, physical or emotional change you want to make can be addressed with hypnosis. The subconscious mind runs everything from brain function to how you feel. I stress hypnosis should be used daily and by everyone breathing. It can only help.
Imagine it's like meditation with a specific intent. Many people refer to hypnosis as goal imaging, this way they don't use the "H" word and the process is more acceptable by the general public. I'd rather tell you the truth and expose the man behind the curtain. So, whatever you call it, meditation, mind techniques, stress hypnosis, calm hypnosis or guiding your life through vivid imagination, there are benefits to receive by doing it. I can't stress hypnosis enough... it works!
