Fear of Public Speaking

The odds are it's a safe bet that you have a fear of public speaking or someone you know has a fear of public speaking. It may be that you don't know they have a fear of public speaking but I assure you they do. How can I place such a safe bet on this idea of the fear of public speaking? Because statistics show the fear of public speaking is the most common fear / phobia. So if we do the math and figure how many people have a fear of public speaking, I win.

The thing is that people who have this fear of public speaking may never show it because they are never in a situation to speak in public. Sometimes being shy is just a way to avoid exposing their fear of public speaking. The "shy" person may have a lot to say but the fear of public speaking holds them back and prevents them from sharing their ideas, feelings and point of view. Imagine for a moment just how much the fear of public speaking can affect your life. What's worse is that there is a way to relieve the fear of public speaking with hypnosis and not many people realize it.

The fear of public speaking can arise when having to go to your kid's school, attend a condo meeting, present at a small or large company meeting or any place where the fear of public speaking would be triggered. Hypnosis is a way to remove the triggers that bring back the fear of public speaking once and for all. The fear of public speaking can alter the proper perception of a person's ability to be articulate, prevent a person from receiving promotions, and keep him or her out of a career they would love and be good at and much more. The fear of public speaking is a bigger issue than one may imagine. Next time your palms sweat, your knees shake and the fear of public speaking sneaks up on you, remember hypnosis can help.
